All of our prints are custom‑made or made‑to‑order items, created to your chosen specifications (such as size, framing, or finish). Because these products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, we do not offer returns or refunds for change‑of‑mind orders.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Return postage and insurance must be covered by the customer.
For UK returns, we recommend using a tracked and insured service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, to ensure safe delivery.
